| Two local rugby teams meet at the Pontardawe
Playing Fields for a Saturday game. This field is on the site of the Pontardawe Tin-plate
Works which closed in the 1960s. No doubt they made use of the transportation offered by the
Swansea Canal. |
| Grazing cows and barking farm dogs tell
us we are almost back to where we started. Soon we'll sit down, take off our shoes and have
a nice, hot cuppa! |
