Responsible for Research & Development of new and existing products using company and external developers, Quality Assurance testing, Technical Writers for product and internal documentation as well a training curriculums, and directly overseeing the Software Specialists in the Technical Support area. Maximized efficiency by designing and developing automated systems for payment and self-registration, and finding ways to improve the company's CRM tools and procedures. Interfaced directly with the Treasury Department and other government agencies as part of the certification and quality processes of the company's software products.
