Cordero ('the Author' of the Software) assumes no responsibility for the availability, installation or use of the Software until a license is granted, pursuant to the terms outlined below.



PERSONAL USE:



A personal use license grants you (also referred to as the 'end-user', the 'purchaser') the non-exclusive right to install and use the software on one computer for use on your own personal data.



You acknowledge that you have been provided the opportunity to test on your computer system before purchasing a license. The purchase of a license indicates that you have tested the software, have found it satisfactory to your requirements, that you agree to abide by the licensing terms and that you waive any rights of reimbursement or replacement, if applicable.



You are expressly forbidden to redistribute the Software, provide or resell the services or files provided or produced by the Software, or cause the Software to operate on any data not your own. The creation of derivative works from the Software, or reverse-engineering thereof, is prohibited.



Future versions ('revisions', 'updates') of the Software may be provided, from time to time, at the Author's sole discretion, but these are not guaranteed, and these terms only apply to the version existing at the time the license is granted. The Author reserves the right to include technological measures within the Software to enforce any applicable license terms.



Failure to uphold these licensing terms will result in your privileges under this license being revoked with no further compensation to you as end-user or the purchaser, without regard to whether any breach was directly caused by the end-user or any another party that may have or have had access to the computer where the Software is installed.

Should any term or condition of this be found unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full force. Notwithstanding, the Author's liability shall not exceed the amount paid in connection with this license.
