Vision West has for the past two years graciously sponsored my presentation for the annual Monterey Symposium in their Practice Management Courses. At the most recent presentation in November 2000, some extra materials were distributed on diskette to attendees. There has been some interest after the fact in obtaining copies of those materials so I have posted them on this site.
For years now I have been planning to purchase a digital slit lamp camera to add some visual content to my gallery of tough cases. This year it has finally become a reality. We have purchased a digital image capture system from Synemed and have been capturing interesting shots to post on this site.
