Lowrey
Dennis Lowrey:
Dennis Lowrey, about 56 years old, who was retired from the
North Works of the American Steel & Wire Co. four years
ago after 30 years of service in the fine wire department,
died of cancer last night in City hospital. He was born in
Tipperary, Ireland, but had lived in Worcester 40 years. He
was a member of Division 34, A.O.H. He leaves six
daughters, Margaret, wife of Joseph Mulkern; Mary A., wife
of John Houlihan; Katherine F., Helen V., Elizabeth G.,
Josephine F., and two sons, William F. and John F., all of
Worcester. Time of funeral to be announced. (Worcester

Dennis Lowrey: The funeral of Dennis
Lowrey will be tomorrow morning at his home, 155 Lincoln
street. A high mass of requiem will follow in St.
Bernard’s church at 9 o’clock. Burial will be
