I thought I would let ya'll in on some events that
Marc and/or I are hosting at the studio in the next
month.
December 3rd - 7:00pm - Studio party for photographers. If you want to come, just RSVP to me via email. (zack@usedfilm.com) While not an officially sanctioned Atlanta Photojournalism Seminar after party, we are having a get together for some friends who are coming in for the seminar. I am the director of the Atlanta PJ contest and I imagine that after 3 days of sorting through 10,000 images from all over the world, I will be balled up in a corner. Come by and say hello all the same.
December 8th - 6:00pm - Christians In Photojournalism Meeting - I will be hosting and speaking at the December meeting of the Atlanta chapter of Christians in Photojournailsm. I will be sharing the story of my journey through photography. This is a great group of folks.
December 14th - 6:30pm - Pictage Users Group Party - Liana Lehman is an amazing photographer here in Atlanta and she heads up the local Pictage Users Group each month. Liana has brought some great folks in to speak at these meetings including the one and only David Jay. He was an amazing inspiration the last time I heard him speak. Again, another really fine group of folks here to network with. If you are a working photographer or are working to that goal, you should come to this and meet others in the industry.
