Festival Show - Tricky with Mad Professor and Lee Scratch Perry

Mad Professor blows out the bottom end and Trick is one weird puppy.

Tonight's show featured a warm up set by Mad Professor, who's heavy bottom end kept clipping the house sound system.

Then Tricky came on. It was, in a word, intense. The band was incredibly tight and heavy. Tricky did his "dark and moody" thing, rarely facing the audience. You know the weird little guy in the Tool video for Sober, who walks along rolling his head around and having his arm shake like its attached to a paint mixer? Imagine him bigger.

Towards the end, Lee Scratch Perry appeared. To see him and Tricky together was simply surreal.
