Indeed, rocks were removed to clear farmland.
Grandfather lived on a rocky place.
Many beautiful lakes are in the surrounding area.
We researched Grandfather's birthplace.
And researched some more in Vaxjo, Sweden.
Alas, the Emigration Bureau had the answers!
The Bureau immediately found the exact spot.
Hognalov is a place near the town of Urasa.
