We're adding a 2nd story to the rear, re-working the ground floorplan, and giving the exterior a much-needed facelift. We've waited 5 years for this! On schedule to finish by end of March '04.
 

   

Ground breaking day. Ugly trees removed.
Foundation work done. Roof removed.
2nd floor prep work. Installed fence.
2nd floor framing done.
Framing for central section.
Framing for frontal section.
Roof installed.
Front entryway & garage roof work. Old windows removed.
Roof shingles installed. Should last 100 years,
Radius roof completed and new window installation started.
Windows and doors installed. Electric, plumbing, ducts in. Old garage door out.
15 Feb 2004: Garage door installed. Waterproof paper and chicken wire in place
Wayne and Russ Roofener are the GCs. These guys are great!
