This is the most recent follow-up to, and quite possibly the only thing that could be more impressive than, the already awe-inspiring 1995 and 1998 Hubble Deep Field (HDF) images: Composited visible and near-infrared exposures, one million seconds total exposure time, one photon per minute received from the faintest galaxies, less than one ten-millionth of the surveyable sky, and a priceless look back in time to 400-800 million years after the universe was born.
