Thu - June 16, 2005Thu - November 11, 2004Let us observe Veteran's DayToday is a day for us to sit back and appreciate the sacrifice of the
men who have fought and served our great nation. Also we should show some
appreciation for the ones that are currently deployed, and away from loved ones.
I will share how I earned my veteran's status. But first go here and
learn something that you didn't know before.
I was deployed to Bosnia in July of 2003 and returned home at the end of
February in 2004, I was part of SFOR (Stabilization Force) 14. I was deployed
overseas for over 179 days in a war-zone, it was still declared one at that time
that is how I earned my veterans status. Here is a website I made with just a few pictures I took
while deployed.
