From 1998 until 2003 I worked at the
Music Mind Machine group at the
NICI,
Radboud University Nijmegen, the Netherlands. I worked there as a Music Technologist and also did a bit of research on tempo and timing in musical performances.
Since 2003 I’ve been working at the
Max Planck Institute for Psycholinguistics in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. I work there as an Archive Manager, mainly for the
DOBES endangered languages documentation projects. At the MPI we have one of the largest digital archives for linguistic resources. All archiving software we use is developed in house by the technical group of the MPI and is also being used by a growing number of other archives around the world.
