September 2002:
First flight ( outdoors, before painting). Flew well, but wings need bracing.

October 2002:
First indoor flights (fully finished). Flies well. Care needed with throttle due to thrust/ pitch coupling.

In March 2005 clubmate Mike Roach drew up a plan for publication and built his own improved version of the Walrus. Here, with a bit of help from the computer, are the two of them in formation. The picture will enlarge quite well.
