Set in the heart of the All Saints Arts District, the Fermentation Lounge features over 100 craft beers and artisan wines in an intimate, mid-century setting. The weekly changing Fermentation menus are complemented by a staff happy to help you sort through and learn about beers from Altbier to Witbier and wines from Baco Noir to Zinfandel.

We do not have TVs, loud music or giant glowing beer signs, but do have a large screen projection system that features a weekly rotation of vintage ads, film clips and nostalgia from the late 1940’s to mid 1960’s (Mid century era) and music randomly selected by our staff on a daily basis to match the mood of the night.
