"Your program just saved my life. I just transferred two years of my life's work to a new server. Little did I know that Unix servers, unlike wintel machines, are case sensitive. Therefore, I had nearly 2 gigs of data that had nothing but broken links because I had named my files with no rhyme or reason to caps."

"Thank you for making this awesome little app!"
- Brian D. Staples, Prentice Hall B&E Publishing (via Internet)
"I love the name of the applet!"
- Lance Chun (via Internet)
"Thanks for this really elegant application. I just signed on to CompuServe, and everything I download has those horrible cap filenames your programme has dealt with them all."
- Joanna Baron (via CompuServe)
"What a great app!"

"Thank you for Guillotine 1.0, exactly what I've been looking for. DOS-style file names have kept annoying me ever since DOS Mounter-like software has been available"
- Einar Magnus Råberg, Trondheim, Norway (via Internet)
Q. I can't drag anything onto Guillotine. The "Select File..." command seems to work. How do I fix it?
A. First, update to the latest version of Guillotine, available here. Remove any previous versions of Guillotine you have on your hard disk. Then rebuild your desktop by restarting and holding down the command and option keys until the Finder loads and puts up the rebuild desktop dialog.
