REQUIREMENT KICKING TECHNIQUES – BLUE TIP:
1) Front snap – roundhouse – single reverse middle punch
2) Front snap – side kick – single reverse middle punch
REQUIREMENT BLOCKS/STANCES/STRIKES:
1) Front stance – down block (stepping forward)
2) Front stance – high block (stepping forward)
3) Back stance – middle block (stepping forward)
FORM (KIBON HYUNG) – BLACK TIP:
0 Start) All forms begin from a ready stance
1) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – left down block
2) Step forward – right walking stance – right middle punch
3) Turn right 180 degrees – right walking stance – right down block
4) Step forward – left walking stance – left middle punch
5) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – left down block
6) Step forward – right walking stance – right middle punch
7) Turn right 180 degrees – right walking stance – right down block
8) Step forward – left walking stance – left middle punch – !!Kiyup!!
9 Finish) Turn left 180 degrees – return to ready stance
