REQUIREMENT KICKING TECHNIQUES – BLUE TIP:
1) Roundhouse kick – back hook kick
2) Skip side kick – skip hook kick (same foot)
 
REQUIREMENT BLOCKS/STANCES/STRIKES:
1) Horseback riding stance – neck chop
2) Horseback riding stance – back hand
3) Horseback riding stance – elbow strike
4) Horseback riding stance – down block
 
FORM (TAEGUEK SAM JANG) – BLACK TIP:
0 Start) All forms begin from a ready stance
2) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – left down block
3) Right front snap kick – right front stance – double punch
4) Turn right 180 degrees – right walking stance – right down block
5) Left front snap kick – left front stance – double punch
6) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – right neck chop
7) Step forward – right walking stance – left neck chop
8) Turn left 90 degrees – left back stance – left knife block
9) Slide into left front stance – right middle punch
10) Turn right 180 degrees – right back stance – right knife block
11) Slide into right front stance – left middle punch
12) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – right middle block
13) Step forward – right walking stance – left middle block
14) Turn left 270 degrees – left walking stance – left down block
15) Right front snap kick – right front stance – double punch
16) Turn right 180 degrees – right walking stance – right down block
17) Left front snap kick – left front stance – double punch
18) Turn left 90 degrees – left walking stance – left down block – right middle punch
19) Step forward – right walking stance – right down block – left middle punch
20) Left front snap kick – left walking stance – left down block – right punch
21) Right front snap kick – right walking stance – right down block – left middle punch – !!Kiyup!!
22 Finish) Turn left 180 degrees – return to ready stance
