Hello, everyone.

Welcome to my photo gallery. This time around, it's focusing on the journey "Amneris" and I took to London, England in September of 2005. I've separated the photos into four sections, mostly based on our day by day travels, so that those of you reading along in the Blog page can follow along a little better.

We had an amazing time exploring the land where most of our favorite music, shows, movies, literature, and more were born. This was the first time abroad for both of us, so here were several highlights of the trip, including seeing the sites from aboard the gigantic ferris-wheel like attraction, The London Eye; Walking through Trafalgar Square and seeing the impressive monuments and architecture reaching out at you from every corner; Spotting Big Ben from the sky as the plane was landing; Catching a bunch of London's hit West End musicals, including "Billy Elliot", "Mary Poppins" and (a favorite Star Wars actor) Ewan McGregor in "Guys and Dolls"; Stolling through the expansive fields of Hyde Park; Walking through the enormous Natural History Museum;Visiting with some dear friends and associates and enjoying a private cricket game at an exclusive field. And most important of all for me, being able to visit the stomping grounds of my favorite group,The Beatles at Abbey Road and elsewhere, and seeing sites and scenes I'd only ever heard about.

There's a lot to see and do in London, and I am glad the opportunity finally came for us to see it all up close. While roaming the streets there was an inborn sense of familiarity running through me. As if I'd already been there. Or as if I will someday return....

While recollecting the trip, I thought you might enjoy reading the daily journals, or blog entries that I kept, describing the joy and excitement behind the pictures in greater detail. You can check out the photos and the blogs via the links on the right.

Special thanks to my dearest, Amneris, for making each day a treat here and abroad, and to our friends Steve, Erika and Tim for making this trip one that we'll never forget...

Enjoy,
Tony Gonzalez
