| Here are a couple more shots from my little excursion over to the Rockaway shore. In this one, I'm reminded of the time my cousin in Puerto Rico had asked me if I knew how to surf. I realize now I shouldn't have thought that to be such a crazy questions. Here are some local surfers taking to the rougher waters. |

There were flocks of seagulls everywhere, even though there was no food in sight, other than the thousands of crushed seashells on the sandy seashore (bet you can't say that three times fast!).

Look! Blimp on the Beach!!
This one came a little close to the shoreline. Much closer than it appears in the photo. You kind of felt bad for the guy. There was no one there to see it!
