| Ghetto Twins
The ghetto twins -- a comic about two roomates, fridge and choco -- was a short lived comic strip i did for the manitoban, the school newspaper at the u of m. it was loosely based on the exploits of a few friends of mine that had just moved out into an apartment in not the best part of town (ironically, it's about a block away from the u of w, where i go to school now). this comic, believe it or not, gave my friends (of whom the characters were based) and i a small amount of fame. really, two or three people recognized us from the comic, and a waitress at wise guys (the on-campus bar) learned my name from the comic. it might also be because i was at the bar almost every day... --------------------------------Marc Gomez |

| Aural Hygiene
Aural hygiene was a radio show a friend of mine, matt hannam, hosted at ckuw, the radio station at the u of w. during their annual fundraising drive, he approached me to design two things for a t-shirt he planned on giving away to donors. he asked specifically for a logo and a robot, a mascot of sorts, to put on the t-shirt. --------------------------------Marc Gomez |

| The Manatee Fringe Show
Manatee was a sketch comedy group which ran rampant from (circa) 2002-2003. their choose-your-own-adventure sketch comedy show, the civillionaires was chosen to run in the 2003 winnipeg fringe festival that year. i was approached to draw some pictures for them which would soon act as a graphic for the poster, the cover of the program and also an integral part of one of the many endings the show could have. All were done in pen and ink. the first picture is also pen and ink with a hint of pencil just so i had guidelines for when i coloured it in. --------------------------------Marc Gomez |

| Dr. Death Poster
A couple friends of mine, jay van deventer and david montebruno were staging a play, "dr death and the land of christmas", which they kindly let me perform in and design posters for. the first poster (with dr death howling at the moon) was released in late october and meant to act as a 'teaser' poster. the second one was released in late november. the lead character, dr death, is played by david himself, so there's got to be a resemblance. --------------------------------Marc Gomez |
