What is this shit?
A bit of explanation is in order. You gaze at this site and must think "what in the name of all that is holy is this mess?" Think of it as a sketch book, and of course you should never just peer into someone's sketch book without expecting to see a load of junk. So look at the top, see a row of tabs? Very good! Shall we go in order?

Home of course is where you will find the most recent stuff. Since more or less everything here now is new, you'll find nothing much. Rocket science huh?

Galleries of original photography, various subject matter, various quality. Is we artists or isn't we after all?

Always a Ghost is the story of a young boy who sees ghosts growing up, and yes, so far it is my own story, pretty much as it happened. More to come, and someday I hope to see it develop a plot.

Percy's Song should actually be titled Why I Moved East And Got The Hell Out of The Midwest. Again, more or less autobiographical, the story of a very non butch fellow named Percy who seems to find himself in various sorts of trouble. What happens when you don't just say no. Warning: This does contain quite a bit of foul language, compromising positions and yes I changed the names to protect the innocent, the guilty and myself.

The Gravel Walks is a series of essays and articles on Ireland and Irish music. Once upon a time, when I was still living in Vincennes Indiana there was this group called the Ceili Society. The idea was to foster Irish culture in the area, and build an audience big enough that when we played we got free booze. A success on both accounts, these are articles originally published in the newsletter of the organization. With help from Richard and Terri King, as well as Tiffany Atteberry.

Inside My Head is just that. Enter at your own risk. Various thoughts I've had at various times and for one reason or another decided to write them down. I publish them here because I'm not proud.

Anyway, visit the pages if you want, and feel free to leave comments, good or bad. You can leave them at the bottom of the page or email me at toddblog@mac.com. And as always, abandon all hope ye who enter here. You must be bored ...
