        Carpet :
1. Evaluate material type.
2. Move furniture (excluded are electronics, beds, chests, china cabinets, breakable items, etc.).
3. Pre-vacuum.
4. Pre-spot problem areas (utilizing stain appropriate solvents).
5. Pre-spray with cleaning solvent.
6. Damp Brush and bonnet carpet (1-2 hour drying time).
    - apply carpet protectant on request for prolonged protection.
7. Groom carpet as needed.
8. Replace furniture as requested (complimentary drying blocks provided).
 
        Tile :
1. Evaluate material type including existence of sealer/stain on grout.
2. Repeat steps 2 - 3 in Carpet cleaning.
3. Pre-brush grout using La Vonda technique to loosen dirt and grime.
4. Power wash and extract excess moisture.
5. Seal grout with 20-yr rated solvent based sealer.
6. Replace furniture as requested.
 
        Upholstery :
1. Evaluate material type.
2. Pre-vacuum.
3. Pre-spray and soft brush in appropriate cleaning solvents.
4. Towel off surface dirt and extract any remaining soil and solvents.

        Rugs :
1. Onsite - Synthetics (e.g. Nylon, Olefin) repeat steps 1-6 in Carpet cleaning above.
2. Offsite - Naturals (e.g. Wool, Cotton) estimated 5-10 business day turnaround.
