Did
my Battersea and Millbank run at the of the day - fun
but chilly.
Gentle lunchtime run

Didn't
have a lot of time today but did manage to do 35
minutes at lunch. A nice run past Battersea and back
through Pimlico. I didn't see a whale!
Whale of a time

I
never say that running is dull. This is partly
because I do most of my running in central London. It
is very unusual to go out and not see something or
meet someone of interest. On Friday though it was
very unusual to say to the guys in the office –
‘Hey, I just saw a whale by Battersea Power
Station!’ But that is want happened.
