Running happenings

So, today I managed to get out of bed good and early to do 1 hour 4 minutes of on of my favourite routes - the Three Parks. One of the reasons that I love this route is that it is never 'just a run'. I always see something or someone to make it interesting. Today, it was David Cameron, cycling into work and to become the new leader of the Conservative Party. His trip to work would have been carbon neutral, if the BBC had not helpfully provided a helicopter for film his (not my) progress.

I have begun to get organized now to begin training for the London Marathon.
