This is a time lapse video (of many days) of the Christmas Tree trimming at The Americana at Brand in Glendale, California.

The Americana is the latest addition of another trendy So. California open air mall.

These malls are full of high priced shops and lots of glitz. The Americana is visually pleasing to the eye. Being there makes you feel like your in Disneyland or a Hollywood movie set.

I applaud Moby in his efforts to help such a worthy and needed service such as domestic violence shelters. This seems like a no brainer when it comes to funding these organizations. Why and how can The State of California cut funding to a population that needs it most?

Since this You Tube video was posted, Arnold Schwartznegger reinstated all funding for California's domestic violence shelters
