In case you
missed the CNN Democratic Debate last Sunday, I have posted a small
segment of the debate that dealt with gay issues.
Gays in the military and gay civil unions seemed to be the focus of
moderator, Wolf Blitzer.
A hand vote of all ten candidates over whether they agree that gays
and lesbians should serve openly in the United States armed forces
with no fear of being discharged. The unanimous ten yes votes from
the candidates was a bit of a surprise. And Hillary...you go
girl.
Other related topics included hate crime legislation and
legalization of marriage for gays and lesbians.
The video is about 7 minutes long, so I recommend that you download
the file instead of waiting for it to load.
