About 10 miles
northeast of downtown Los Angeles is The Huntington
Library.
The Huntington Library is a research and educational
institution established by railroad magnate Henry E.
Huntington.
In addition to housing rare art collections, the Huntington Library
is also known for its 120 acres of the theme gardens containing
plants from throughout the world. The desert garden is one of the
oldest and largest in the world. And yes...it is very fabulous. It
is one of my favorites.
I finally got to officially break in my new camera. Last weekend my friend Ron and I
spent about 4 hours roaming the gardens and snapping as many pics
that we could. It is a great place with many photo ops. I hope you
enjoy them.
Mystic Garden are
the same pictures as above...just with more of an artistic
style.
