Main Function: Production of free contraband

As the crime on a base increases the contraband yield of the Cantinas decreases.

If you have 4 Cantinas on a base as well as at least 100000 colonists you will have a 30% chance for 1 to 4 units of each contraband to be produced without any risk of increased crime levels. Crime will not block or limit contraband production when you have only 4 Cantinas.

When you have 5 or more Cantinas you begin to risk ill effects from crime.

Maximum Cantina contraband yields take place on bases that have at least 10000000 colonists. As crime increases the contraband yield decreases. The Aczanny do not have any population limits.

If the crime is above 50 the contraband yield drops to 50%
If the crime is above 200 the contraband yield drops to 25%
If the crime is above 500 the contraband yield drops to 12.5%
If the crime is above 900 the contraband yield drops to 6.25%

The contraband yield for cantinas is as follows:

There is a 8% chance for each of the 12 contraband types that you will GainX units of contraband
GainX = ( Colonists / 10000000 ) X Cantinas
If you do have a contraband yield there is a 0.8% chance that you will receive GainX units of crime.
There is a 1.6% chance that happiness will increase by one.
The Aczanny do not gain any crime from contraband yields.
