Victor & Amy from Santa Monica!


Amy and Victor had contacted me through email, they had heard about us through friends that we shot a wedding for last year. We started emailing back and forth, and come to find out, Amy and I have a ton of mutual friends...its so funny how small the world can be! Anyway, Justin and I had such a great time with Victor and Amy the day of their engagement session. Not only was this couple super cool, but they were also super photogenic. You can see how much they love each other in their images!

Victor and Amy planned the engagement session on a special day, their seven year dating anniversary...it was the perfect day to capture them together. They decided that they wanted their photos to be taken at all of their favorite places around Santa Monica (since this is where they live). We started the session out at their apartment...



Amy & Victor wanted to bring along their dog. I have couples ask me all of the time if they can bring along their pet friends, I think its great because it can add another element to the session.














The next place we stopped by was the park that they always take walks to with their cute little dog...

I think one of my favorite things about this session was the fact that Amy and Victor were so laid back...the wore casual-comfortable clothes and looked awesome in them!

Thanks to Victor and Amy for having us out, we are really looking forward to the wedding in March!
