I loved, loved, loved this wedding...Dayle and Ryel!

The wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Dayle Hendrickson was absolutely wonderful! Not only was the happy couple super fun to work with, but the style and feel of the day just got better and better as each hour unfolded! Many of you may remember the fun engagement session I shot with Dayle and Ryel at Joshua Tree...I had a feeling ever since then that their wedding day was going to be one of my favorites! Their wedding took place at the Orange County Museum of Art, which was so perfect because both Dayle and Ryel are artists themselves.
The other reason I had such a great time on this day was because I had a dream team of helpers, I brought along Sandra Salisbury to assist me, Tracy Kumono to second shoot, and then my wonderful husband Justin showed up to shoot for a couple of hours as well! It was one of those days that just flowed so perfectly!

Ryel looked stunning in her wedding dress and I loved her vail get-up!
The father of the bride...so excited to see his daughter all dressed up...and of course, he insisted on wearing a zoot-suit to match her style!
Dayle was studly as well, he had an amazing navy blue pinstriped suit on, Justin thought it was pretty rad!
This was a sweet and intimate moment with Ryel and her Bridesmaids before they all walked down the isle.
I love the lens flare on this first kiss shot...I promise its real...no photoshop tricks here!
Here is my favorite shot of the day! We were able to shoot inside the museum for a short while after the ceremony, Dayle and Ryel were great subjects to capture!

As I mentioned before, Dayle and Ryel are both artists...Dayle designed this cartoon of himself and Ryel for the cover of their polaroid sign in book, I thought it was great place for the ring shot!
Of Course we had to take a shot of ourselves with the polaroid for the guest sign-in book!
