Introducing Emmalee & Sikoti Uipi

My cousin Emmalee was married last week to Mr. Sikoti Uipi. Even though she already had another photographer, she asked if I would come and take a few shots of my own...I was delighted to!!! They decided to tie the knot at The Ritz Gardens in Whittier. It was a huge family event, since Sikoti and Emmalee both have very large families there was a full house!

Since the wedding took place at night, we needed to get pretty creative with other light sources. I borrowed the idea of using my car headlights from my good friends nate and Jaclyn from The Image is Found. It turned out amazing and I was super pleased with the images that I got....thanks guys for the brilliant idea!
I love how this image almost looks like it came out of an old fashioned movie poster.

Congrats to Emmalee & Sikoti, we are going to miss you guys when you move to Austria!!!!
