Tonight in NYC: The Hives, Webster Hall, 124 E 11th Street

I've missed them twice before. Once in DC. Once in Dublin. Each time by a cruel twist of fate. This time its personal. Proposal Passed!

My Second Entry - Good News?

Once this phase is over I'll be able to get onto the work proper. I've been working on this since the summer so this feels long overdue.

However, the primary purpose I have in mind for this blog is to act as a sort of public notepad for my PhD research. If you don't know me, I am a student of Public and International Affairs at Virginia Tech. My main research area is international relations theory and I am essentially interested in how IR theorists think about Empire and Imperialism.
