1. Meeting called to order at Orange Restaurant at 1:30pm
2. It was agreed that 54FF would meet every second Sunday for lunch or dinner (to be decided on a case by case basis).
3. If, on a particular week, Sunday is inconvenient, the meeting will be moved to the following Tuesday.
4. Membership duties assigned. (see organizational chart)
5. Restaurant choice for upcoming meetings will be discussed by email.
6. Since Luis was inconsiderate enough to attend a conference on Nov 14, the next meeting has been moved to Nov 16.  Korean BBQ recommended, but no decision made.
7. Meeting adjourned when the waiters started glaring at us and conspicuously clearing our plates.
