The condition of your home, any improvements you've made, and fluctuations in the real estate market will determine your home's true market value. Before pricing your home for sale, consult a real estate professional and/or certified appraiser for a comprehensive market analysis. I am not sure what their sources are for their data, but if they are pulling tax data that is at least a month old (and frequently more) they are demonstrating the saying about a fool and his money ....
