I missed the meeting last night due to the fact
that I have a family, but news reports seem to indicate that the most
environmentally friendly option, the James River, faced a great deal of
opposition.

Again, the summary of the DP article sums up our political process (!) whether the subject be water, roads, or whom should take out the trash.
