C-Ville takes on busy intersections
Telling you about this to-the-point
article would be redundant. I will summarize its depiction of the
Hydraulic/Emmet intersection, not only because it is so close to my office, but
it's just blunt.

Take note Central Virginia - try not to drive like those from Northern Virginia! Is it so hard to show a modicum of respect for those around you?
