How to use it at this stage is very simple. Go to the Submit Finder Request form and complete a few basic details including Name and Email and then fill in the text field at the bottom with the items you are looking for. Give as much information about the item as you can including any details about the cover, import details, year if known, picture discs - format and extra tracks. This will help the finding process. However, if all you have is sketchy deatils CZONE will endevour to help.
Providing a time frame to find items will clearly depend on the item. The more obscure the more likely it will take longer. However, CZONE expects in most cases at this stage that the finder process will be a few days to a week at most.
Once items are found the individual who made the request will be sent an email to confirm the find which will include the price the item was found at and the price of P&P. As already stated, you are not obligated to buy. It is up to you - you can ignore this, reply with a yes want to buy or a no.
Paypal is the preferred form of payment especially if you are based outside the UK. UK cheques or sterling will be accepted as payment. |
