Bill Kneip finally talked me into purchasing some Bonaccorsi Pinot Noir from the Santa Rita Hills in California. In his journal Robert Parker says that this wine exhibits sweet black cherry and plum scents intermixed with earth as well as dried herbs. Medium-bodied, with excellent fruit, purity, and texture, this charming Pinot will drink well for 2-3 years. |

We brought in Val-Dieu Triple, GEUZE , BRASSERIE DES ROCS Grand Cru and my new favorite after dinner beer or as the Belgians drink on the beach DUCHESSE DE BOURGOGNE . These are the most exciting beers I have tasted in a long time. |

1c. Grated Blue Cheese
1c. Grated Cheddar
1c. Diced Onion
1 Egg
1/4 cup Milk
1c. Mayonnaise
salt, pepper
Method: Mix all ingredients together and spoon into a ramekin and place in a water bath and bake at 300 F for 30-40 minutes until brown.
Serve Hot.
