The Chandras and Megali Vrissi Wind Farms are on the Island of Crete in Greece. One site is located in Megali Vrissi, Irakliou, S.A. It consists of 9 Zond Z43 turbines. The other site is in Chandras Sitias, Lasithi, AEOLOS S.A. It consists of 18 Zond Z43 turbines.

Each turbine is capable of producing 550 kW of electrical power. Thus the capacity of both facilities totals 14.85 MW. The energy produced by the two Wind Farms meets the electricity demands of approximately 15000 residents of Crete.

The 14.85 MW of Wind Energy generated can prevent the emission of 99000 tons of carbon dioxide (C02) into the atmosphere each year.
