January 6th, 2007... First Wedding of the Year!
Now that's what I'm talkin'
about!
Yesterday, I shot my first wedding of the year and it was spectacular! It was a great way to start of my year. Can you say sample album?!?!
It was just about a perfect day. I had a cool, kick backed couple, the bride was stunning, the wedding party laughed at my jokes (thanks for humoring me everyone!) and the details were amazing. I worked with Ashley from Agape Planning for the first time and she was great. She brought a cheery attitude and took care of everything. The wedding was at the Community Congregational Church in Corona del Mar, and I have shot there many times over the years.
The reception was at the newly remodeled Pacific Club in Newport Beach and it was the first wedding since it reopened last month. They did a really nice job and everything was so nice. Edward Bellingeri Design provided the flowers and decor and the atmosphere was just fabulous! My old friend Judy Chamberlain and her band were tasked with entertaining the crowd and they certainly did as per usual. Judy is an incredible performer and she has a classic voice... right out of the 40's.
