Major Announcement


Folks, Folks, Folks... keep your seats.

I just wanted to make it known, that even though I turn 35 three weeks before the 2008 Presidential election and will be eligible... I will not be seeking the highest office in the land. I have decided that it is not the right time for me to run for President. I have too many weddings booked and too many other projects on my plate, so I will wait at least until 2016 before I run.

I think it's hilarious when people call a press conference, just to announce they are not running like John Kerry did earlier this week. Since most people do not run for President, I think most people assume that if you haven't announced that you are running, that you aren't, and the press conference or even the announcement aren't really necessary. Am I crazy for thinking that?

Hopefully everyone gets that my tongue is firmly planted in my cheek as I post this and I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!
