Memory Lane

The other day when I was at the parental unit's place, my mom busted out some old photographs and we all got quite a laugh. I borrowed a few of my faves and got them scanned to share with the world.

To start, here's a shot of my dad & I at disneyland almost 30 years ago. Notice the outline of Mickey's head... which is now completely covered in flowers (my dad was a bad-ass!):

Here I am with my sister April circa 1978. Notice my fancy vest and perfectly blow dried hair:

Who's this handsome devil?:

The family portrait in '83. I love the puke green carpet and the wood paneling on the walls not to mention my snug shorts:

And lastly, here's a gem from my cousin Yvonne's wedding the summer right before I started high school. It's hard to tell in this shot, but my Oakley Blades (the ones with interchangeable pieces), matched my grey tux and turquoise bow tie. I remember asking a girl to dance to "Take My Breath Away" since Top Gun was huge in the box office that summer. She begrudgingly said yes and then 17 years later, I shot her wedding!:

I'll post a few more sometime soon including my senior portrait!
