Party of 5 Recap

I just got finished hosting my very first "Party of 5" workshop at the [ b ] pad and I had a great time. I've been hosting workshops and speaking at seminars for a few years now, and I have also attended several workshops from photographers that I admire and the feedback I have always gotten, is the attendees want more individual attention. That's why I decided to launch the Party of 5, and invite a handful of photographers to participate in a more intimate, comfortable environment.

Today I opened up my home to 5 talented individuals and shared my thoughts, philosophies and practices about the wedding photography industry. I shared how we always strive to create win win situations with our clients and how to create an incredible experience. It was a long day but I had a great time. Everyone who came had a positive attitude and was eager to learn.

We started off just sitting in my gallery and talking about what it takes to be successful in business and I shared how I do my client consultations. I showed my work, and how we run our business in an efficient manner. We headed to the beach for a family portrait session and then when we got home, I shared my workflow about downloading, backing up, editing, and even a few photoshop secrets.

The feedback so far has been amazing and I am thankful to those who attended. I've added a few dates and put up a description of the workshop for anyone interested in attending future session at thebschool.com
