My new model is completed! Straw had been on the ground all winter to keep the frost out of the ground to allow me a late winter start. I modified the Eagle Prow 5. Check back for updates.
 

   


7am of day one....ready to start.
Excavation is underway. The straw worked....no frost!
By 2pm the same day the footings are formed and got poured.
The next day the forms for the poured walls were set and the walls got poured.
Heres the wall forms being stripped the day after the walls were poured.
The materials show up on Golden Eagles boomtruck.
The foundation is backfilled and capped. Now ready to start framing walls.
The first floor framing is soon to be completed.
There will be a log porch on this end of the house.

Trusses and rafters are being set. The fireplace chase is also being framed.

Ready for roofing, windows and split log.
Roofing is done and the windows are in.
The tubing for the infloor heat is installed and ready for the basement floor.
