This project was for a professor in control systems, also seeking our techniques resulting in about half price. The trick here was to model the spaces from a control perspective and to install infrastructure for an advanced heating and cooling system. The construction system technique was extended to a double grid, one offset 45 degrees. The heating/cooling system consisted of: a closed loop in the copper roof; another around the septic tank; another in the group (for daily storage); another at the bottom of the lake; and of course the conventional well. Each room was wired for computerized control. | ||
