This and the F— jobs were additions to substandard structures, where the work (in addition to providing more space) added remedial structure to the existing space. In this case, the existing first floor is suspended from the new second floor -- quite a challenge as beachfront grandfather laws required us to stay within the existing footprint. These were our most gracious clients.
