This project was the ultimate of our systemization, though it involved no heating/cooling system. The site is in the Virgin Islands. We prefabbed the entire structure (minus floor framing and cistern) in Virginia Beach and shipped the components down in a container with all the finishes and a full complement of household furnishings and appliances. We even made the doors and shutter/windows!
