The Edgar Cayce Foundation is based in Virginia Beach, occupying the site of the old Cayce Hospital. It is no longer a hospital, but an administrative and meeting center. The library design shown was not built; a particularly crude excrescence was selected because of apparent cost savings. The model shows a design based on the rather complex notion of branched time (time and times and half times) and its architectural instantiation in Persian and Egyptian times according to the readings and ideas of ley lines. The Cayce notion conflates these architectural principles, the body, and an ethereal body of guides called the White Brotherhood, physically based in the dune system down which the library cascades. So we do too, adding more explicit physics. The model was built of translucent material so that the flows could seen. A very specific cosmology is referenced in the form.
