Just a couple miles before the city of Bastrop, turn right onto Hwy 20 (this is about three miles past the Hwy 21 exit). Travel about 11 miles to the intersection of Hwy 20 and FM 812. There will be a Shell station and an elementary school on the corner. Turn left, and follow the road a couple of blocks through the tiny town of Red Rock. Just past the General Store and Post office, turn right onto Sand Hills Rd. and go about 3.5 miles until the road splits. Do not turn right; instead, veer left onto the dirt road, which is still Sand Hills Rd., and follow it for about 1.1 mile. Turn right onto the street that T's in from the right (still Sand Hills Rd.), and go .25 mile. We're the first driveway on the right as you come up the hill past the creek. The number is 1091, and there is a little sign on the gate that says "High Rock Ranch". Follow the driveway to the first set of grey metal horse corrals on the left, and park on the right.
