When ordering type your permanent Cinema R10/11 serial numbers.
R10 looks like << 1000xxxxxxx >>
R11 looks like << 1010xxxxxxx >>
MultiServerLicense looks like << 20xxxxxxxxx >>
(Only the 11 digits and Do not type any upgrade number)
There is no support for temporal serial numbers
Please do not order until you have a permanent serialnumber of Cinema 4D
There is no refund of a bought copy of SteadyCAMPRO
Please make sure you are sending the correct serial numbers!
The software is sent by e-mail, it is not a physical product
